We have decided to start up something we were pretty good about years ago but then we let it fizzle. I used to make special cupcakes each month that reflected something happening during that month. This was our January cupcake. We chose panda bears because January doesn't really have a holiday to work around. We are looking forward to some fun Valentines cupcakes in February. We always make too many to eat ourselves, so it will be fun to find someone different each month to share our treat with.
